Zentorno was founded in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in 2017. What started as a small idea — well-made watches with clean, considered design and honest pricing — grew faster than we ever expected.
Since then, more than 30,000 happy customers have worn a Zentorno on their wrist. Their trust is what shaped every piece we've made along the way.
For years, customers kept asking us the same thing: ship internationally. In 2026, we finally did — Zentorno is now open to customers across the United States and Europe.
Restraint is the whole idea. Every Zentorno is built around a stainless steel case and a matched bracelet, finished to feel substantial without weighing the wrist down. No oversized logos, no clutter.

Submit a claim:
If your order is within our 99-Day Money Back window, submit a return request through our return form.
If you're outside the 99-day window and need to file a warranty claim, start your claim through our warranty claim form.
99-Day Money Back Guarantee — Terms
You have 99 days from the date of delivery to try your Zentorno watch. If you're not satisfied for any reason, return it within this period for a full refund.
- The watch must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of receiving the returned item.
Lifetime Warranty — Terms
Every watch purchased from the official Zentorno Watches website or an authorized retailer is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers the accurate and stable operation of the watch movement — if the movement fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge for the lifetime of the product.
This Lifetime Warranty applies in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the watch to us for warranty service. Return shipping of the repaired or replaced item is covered by us.
What Isn't Covered
Neither the 99-Day Guarantee nor the Lifetime Warranty covers:
- Watches purchased from unauthorized sellers, including but not limited to third-party marketplaces and resellers
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, including scratches, scuffs, dents, or discoloration
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs performed after purchase
- Damage caused by failure to follow product care instructions
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or exposure to water beyond the stated water resistance rating
- Normal wear and tear
Our Right to Deny Claims
Zentorno Watches reserves the right to deny any claim if we believe it to be fraudulent, if the watch isn't covered under these terms, or if it was purchased from an unauthorized seller. Watches from unauthorized retailers may have been stored improperly, tampered with, or may be counterfeit.
Legal Terms and Limitations
Remedy Limitation: Our sole obligation under this policy is to refund, repair, or replace at our discretion. This is your exclusive remedy for product defects or dissatisfaction within the applicable window.
Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zentorno Watches disclaims liability for damages arising from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions. Except as expressly provided above, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Your Legal Rights: This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
