Inside the Volcano • Live Mechanism
Anatomy of a Tourbillon
Most watches hide their engine. The Volcano puts it on display. Tap any part to see what you’re looking at through the sapphire glass.
01 Open Tourbillon
A rotating cage spins the balance wheel once a minute, averaging out gravity’s pull — a complication usually reserved for watches costing thousands. Here it sits in full view at six o’clock.
02 Ruby Jewel Bearings
Synthetic ruby bearings sit at the movement’s pivot points, cutting friction where metal would otherwise wear. They keep the watch accurate and add a quiet flash of red.
03 Skeletonized Dial
Every non-essential plate is cut away, turning the face into a window onto the mechanism. Nothing is hidden — you watch the gears and the cage as the watch runs.
04 Sapphire-Coated Crystal
A scratch-resistant crystal shields the dial without ever clouding the view, keeping the window onto the movement clear through years of daily wear.
05 316L Ion-Plasma Case
Surgical-grade 316L stainless steel, hardened with an ion-plasma coating for resistance to corrosion and wear. With 5 ATM water resistance, it holds its finish through everyday life.
06 Luminescent Hands
Treated with lume, the hands stay legible in low light when the open dial alone wouldn’t be enough — so the watch stays as practical as it is striking.
This is for you • if
Do you recognise yourself?
You think a watch should say something about the person wearing it.
You’d rather own one piece people ask about than five no one notices.
You love mechanical detail — gears, motion, craftsmanship you can actually see.
You want the look of a four-figure timepiece without the four-figure price.
Not for you if you want a flat, quiet dial with nothing to look at. The Volcano is built to be noticed.
What you get • three reasons
Three reasons it turns heads

The living dial
An exposed tourbillon rotates through the skeletonized face — motion you can watch, not just wear.

Blue & ruby fire
Deep blue tones with ruby-red jewel accents give the movement depth and a finish that shifts in the light.

Built to last
316L stainless steel case, adjustable strap and everyday water resistance — statement looks, daily wear.
